Cross-country ski trails in Scuol Samnaun Val Müstair

Demanding but very beautifully situated circular ski run in hilly terrain. The varied terrain opens up the views onto the Lower Engadine Dolomites.

Wildly romantic forest trail between S-chanf and Zernez. 

The valley trail follows the Inn River through open terrain, sparse forest and Engadine hamlets. It offers a number of entry and exit points and additional loops for more challenging trails.

The Champatsch trail in Zernez is around 2 km long and is an attractive and not too strenuous circular trail on the banks of the Spölbach stream. 

The 8 km long circular trail in Zernez is ideal as a training route for both trained and racing skiers. 

Weitwandern mal anders Mit seiner Lage zwischen gut 1000 m und bis zu 2000 m gehört das Langlaufgebiet des Engadins zu den höchstgelegenen in der Schweiz. Diese Tour passiert die Highlights der Region, darunter die berühmte Skimarathon-Strecke im Stazerwald bei St. Moritz. Genießer wählen die Tour von Maloja aus abwärts ins Unterengadin, wer Höhenmeter machen will, startet je nach Schneelage von Martina, Ramosch oder Scuol aus in dieses Winterabenteuer.  

Diese mehrtägige Langlauf-Tour führt von Lavin im Unterengadin bis nach Maloja im Oberengadin – dort, wo im März rund 14'000 Langläuferinnen und Langläufer zum Engadin Skimarathon starten.

Idyllically situated circular ski run with small ascents and descents on mostly flat terrain at the foot of the Steinsberg castle ruins.

Varied cross-country ski run along the Inn River, with constantly changing terrain in the upper part of the Lower Engadine with connection to the Engadine Marathon Run. The ski run crosses the villages of Zernez, Susch, Lavin and Giarsun and can therefore be divided into stages as desired.

The valley trail always follows the River Inn, over open terrain, through sparse forest and charming Engadine hamlets.
