Mountain restaurants in Scuol Samnaun Val Müstair

On the mountain, at 2202 m above sea level, the freedom is limitless - just as limitless are the culinary options in winter at the self-service restaurant Charpenna. 

Nature in the Engadine mountains at 1,800 meters above sea level is strong, simple, natural. This is how Crusch Alba should be: timeless, beautiful, in keeping with the place and connected to nature. An inn in the former mountain farming village, in the middle of the rugged, majestic high Alps right next to the Swiss National Park.

In summer, the Berghaus Val Sinestra or the Bündnerstube in the large Kurhaus is open from 9.00 to 18.00 hrs. It offers a cosy mountain restaurant with a comfortable terrace or, in bad weather, a beautiful winter garden dating from 1903.On request, the Berghaus is also open for groups in the evenings.

The wide range of dishes includes various soups, salads, pasta dishes, meat and vegetarian main courses, pizzas and desserts. Everything is freshly cooked at the various stations. The consumption is recorded on the ski pass and is only paid when leaving the restaurant.  

The mountain restaurant offers typical regional cuisine in a unique environment.

The pretty Avrona guesthouse is located in the municipality of Tarasp, south of Scuol. At 1449 m above sea level, in the midst of magnificent coniferous forests, high above the Clemgia gorge at the entrance to Val S-charl. Impressive view of the Lower Engadine mountain giants, a magnificent backdrop to linger and enjoy.
