Spectacular via ferrata route for the whole family in the granite rocks of the Schöllenen with fascinating deep views into the wild gorge below.
&Over 700 m of wire rope, almost 200 anchors, 350 pegs and two ladders were used by the hard-working men and women of the Swiss army to create this fantastic route over the Schöllenen Gorge. High above the thundering masses of water and the winding pass road with the old Devil's Bridge, via ferrata fans can enjoy a very special Via Ferrata treat. The route is characterised by slab rocks, grassy banks and exposed edges. During the ascent, benches and small rest areas provide short breaks.
