Pure nature.
The starting point of this hike is the famous Tovel Lake.

Lake Tovel became famous for a special phenomenon. Until the mid-1960s, the lake turned dark red in summer due to the mass occurrence of a microalgae. The phenomenon no longer occurs, what remains is the beauty of nature here in the Brenta Adamello Nature Park. From the car park at Lake Tovel, this long circular hike leads far into the valley head, passes several mountain pastures on the mountain slopes and finally returns in a wide curve to the starting point. On the marked trail no. 314, the route heads south, past the Malga Pozzol and continues uphill to the meadows of the Malga Flavona. Here the route turns north again and leads below the steep rocky walls of the Cima di Val Scura on trail 330 almost to the Malga Termoncello, before trail 339 turns left and leads quite steeply down to the lake and the starting point.
