Alpe-Adria-Trail (total tour)
For hikers interested in culture, the Alpe Adria Trail is a delight: the trail runs predominantly in the non-Alpine area and offers fantastic views, cultural treasures and culinary specialities. Of the 37 stages, 21 are in Austria, the remaining 16 are in Slovenia and Italy. The uniformly signposted trails usually require a walking time of around six hours and are rarely longer than 20 km.
